Royal Canin was founded in 1967 by a veterinarian who was dedicated to the development of highly nutritional and specialized food for dogs and cats, and today they are recognized as a leader in pet nutrition. Through the means of their powerful microscope and computer system, the Sperm Vision, they are the only veterinary laboratory in Africa that can evaluate bull-, horse-, and pig semen objectively.
Vriesit Laboratory is all about standardization, accuracy and precision, and these key factors are incorporated into their laboratory systems with great success. To insure that the tests are done in a standardized manner, they make use of mobile laboratories which are equipped with fridges, incubators, laptop computers and phase-contrast microscopes .
