Biofeedback is a form of behavioural treatment and a technique of stress management, in which electronic and other devices are used to monitor and display an individual’s biological responses to stress, such as increased heart rate.

Biofeedback Laboratories provide stress management workshops for companies as well as research to establish baselines of stress in organisations.

They also offer public workshops for individuals on stress management, and the application of biofeedback to specific problems including blood pressure, headaches, taking exams, weight control and others.

They also sell a range of stress control products.
